Legs Exercise Tips
Legs are some of the most difficult body parts to exercise, always stretch out before doing them to avoid injury. The following are some of the leg exercises that work best for your legs: squats, lunge, leg extension, leg curl, and leg press,
1: SQUATS: This involves using a bar behind your neck, with a straight back lower yourself to the ground with your legs and arms apart moving up and down to a squatting position several reps. This works on your thighs
2: LUNGE: Forming a 90 degree angle with the lower part of your leg, with a dumbbell in both hands and a barbell behind your neck resting on your traps lunge forward with one leg till your thigh is parallel with the floor. Get back to the standing position and repeat with the other leg
3: LEG EXTENTION Using the leg extension machine, extend your legs out until they are almost locked, return and repeat. This can also be done by pointing your toes in or out to work different parts of the quad.
4 LEG CURL Lying on your stomach at the leg curl machine, curl your legs up as far as they can go and return to starting position and repeat.
5. LEG PRESS Sitting in the leg press machine, push your legs out not locking them all the way, return to the starting position and repeat.
