Back Exercises resourse Index

Weak Back
Back problem is something that concerns every other individual, however lack of proper knowledge about this makes people believe in misconceptions. People tend to believe that exercising during back injury would aggravate the injury, but this is not true. Slow and progressive exercises will strengthen your back and will prevent you from getting other back injuries. Inactivity can actually become one of the major cause of back pain as it can make your back stiff and weak.

Fitness experts generally divide the back into two parts Upper and Lower. The exercises are different for both parts. The Upper back exercises generally involve weight training.

For lower back we can do the following exercises:
Swiss ball exercises.
45 degree Back extension
Hamstring Stretch
Hip Flexor Stretch
Good Mornings
Hyperextensions

For Upper back we can do the following exercises:
Lat Pulldowns
Single arm rowing
Dead Lifts
T- bar rows

It is necessary to use the right equipment and weights while working out your back. Back is a sensitive area and requires extra care. You can get all kind of gym equipment at HomeGymCentral.
