The Body-Solid EXM4000S is designed for those who demand the ultimate gym package. It offers an enormous range of upper and lower body exercises for maximum muscular strength, total body conditioning, and superior endurance. Up to four people can work out simultaneously with optional Leg Press / Calf Raise Station. It fits comfortably against a wall, or on display in the center of the room. The exercise stations are fed by four 210 Lb. steel alloy weight stacks. Unique features include a Bench Press with "kick start" for full stretch and range-of-motion, seat pads with automatic hydraulic adjustments, easy-access pop pin adjustments from seated position, and lower lumbar support pads at all stations. Comes complete with weight stack shrouds for safety, 2" x 4" mainframe to eliminate torsional flex, revolving Armstrong Pec Arms for the feel of a true dumbbell workout, and a tough, durable powder coat finish. Includes fully padded Lat Bar, Revolving Low Row Bar, Balanced V-Bar, Ankle Strap and padded Tricep Strap / Ab Crunch Harness.

Operates on a 2 to 1 ratio that turns the 210 Lb. weight stack into an awesome 420 Lbs. of maximum resistance. Pivots on a sealed pillow block ball bearing system for the ultimate in strength, durability and friction-free performance. Ideal for working quads, hams, glutes and calves.
Delivery Information
This item is a self-unloading delivery. Item will need to be taken off of
the truck by you. Driver will not bring a lift gate. Please make the
necessary arrangements to take boxes off truck. Each box is light enough to
carry.
