The BodyCraft F320 FID Workout Bench is designed to fit into any Smith Machine or Rack System. Reaching dumbbells is easy from a flat position with a mere 18" reach that only gets closer as the bench is lowered. A rock solid design ensures a stable workout. Exercise in complete comfort with a 2" thick high density foam seat and back rest covered in vinyl.

F320 in Decline and Flat Positions

• The only bench designed to fit into any Smith Machine, or Rack System. As the bench inclines, it slides back and under the bar!
• Great dumbbell bench! Eighteen inches tall in flat position and only gets lower from there, making dumbbells easy to reach.
• Solid construction using 2" X 3", 12-gauge steel tubing.
• Comfortable seat and seat back use 2" thick, high density foam, covered in black vinyl with upholstered back covers.
