Adjustable Cable Arm
 Consumer Guide "BEST BUY" Review – This unit is a modular gym built around BodyCraft’s patented adjustable cable arms. Adjustable cable arms provide complete flexibility and sustained resistance for every exercise that can be done with dumbbells. They also provide exercises for sports-specific training (such as a golf swing or baseball throw), rehab training, and core training. The base unit of the mini XPress is plate loadable (plates are optional) and consists of the adjustable cable arms and an ab crunch station. A 150-pound selectorized weight stack is also an option AND these two weight systems (plate and selectorized) can be used in combination. Plate weight Increments as low as 2-1/2 pounds each can be acheived. This becomes complete with the highly reccomended leg press. This station is "cabled" to the stack by connecting to the adjustable cable arms. With this unit, you have all you need for a gym workout at a true budget price.
