HydraFit Cardio Stepper
The Hydrafit Cardio Stepper is used in combination with the spring boards for clients who prefer to get more of an aerobic workout between hydraulic circuit machines. We recommend that clubs purchase one Cardio Stepper for every other spring board purchased. This way clients will have the option to increase their heart rate by using a step every fourth station.
