Iron Grip Sport  IGS 16 Single Station Home Gym

The Iron Grip Sport IGS 16 Single Station Home Gym is made of 2" x 3" and 2" x 2" 11-gauge tubular steel. Its frame, structure, and components are electrostatically powder coated. The seat and back pad are fabricated from a plywood surface padded with 2" resilient foam. The back pad is contoured and can adjust easily for proper body positioning on chest, incline, shoulder presses and mid rows. Every pad is upholstered with a vinyl specially formulated to resist bacteria, stains, and mildew.

This strength and endurance system comes with 2000 lb. tensile strength nylon-coated aircraft cables and 4" diameter heavy-duty nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings. It features adjustments that can be made and secured using commercial grade spring loaded pop pins with tightening features. The Iron Grip Sport IGS 16 Single Station Home Gym has a footplate that flips up for seated row exercises and down for other low pulley exercises. Dual pivot points on pectoral fly arms accommodate various arm length and also help user to maintain proper form throughout the complete range of motion this device has to offer. Steel safety shrouds protect against inadvertent body contact. An easily accessible, multi positional press arm adjuster, is capable of accommodating both large and small body types. The press arm can be quickly adjusted into standard incline and shoulder press positions as well as supported, mid seated rows. A swiveling pulley provides a full 270 degrees of rotation for unlimited exercise possibilities. A convenient handle, chrome plated slide tube and pop pin securing mechanism allow the user to set the pulley at over 13 individual height positions.
