The Ironman 530E Elliptical

The Ironman 530E combines form with function and a lot of comfort into one incredibly effective workout machine.  The Ironman 530E has a 17.5 inch stride for a larger range of motion and simply a better workout overall.  The track can even work in reverse to exercise the front, as well as the back of all your muscle groups.

The Ironman 530E comes with an Oversized, backlit LCD display and EKG pulse grip heart rate monitoring sensors to keep track of all that is going on while you exercise, from heart rate to calories burned.  The 530 also comes with twelve pre-programmed  workout programs including four Heart Rate, Interval, Hill, Mountain, Weight Loss, and Manual, and eight levels of quiet magnetic resistance.

And for extra comfort. the 530E has a specialized cooling fan and a water bottle holder to cool you down and keep you refreshed two ways.
