The 4500t is junk. I have one that has approx. 1500 miles on it and the motor has been replaced. The second motor is now shot also and I was advised by Keys that they had filed bankruptcy so the machine is no longer covered by warranty. However, I could "rest assured" that I would get the technical support I needed because they still have all of the same employees. The machine has also had the mother board replaced and has blown a half a dozen fuses. The deck and the belt have been outstanding compared to the rest of the machine...
