LumbOur Technology-Air ™Technology	Our unique Lumb-Air ™Technology puts a whole new spin on seat backs and workout comfort. Each extra wide seat back is made of Elastomeric mesh for added support of your spine. You can adjust the seat back up and down so that the curve of the seat matches the curve of your back. It literally conforms to your back for support and comfort of the lumbar curve. Our seat back fits everyone...every time. The mesh back rest ensures constant air flow which minimizes perspiration.
Ergonomically Designed Handlebars:	The 7.0r Exercise Bike has two sets of handlebars. The ergonomically designed ComForm™ lower handlebars have a soft tactile surface for a comfortable and easy grasp that contours to your fingers. Built-in pulse sensors make it easy to track your approximate heart rate during your workout. The front handlebars make it easy for you to mount and dismount.
Easily Adjustable ComForm™ Seat:	The 7.0r Exercise Bike’s extra wide ComForm™ seat was designed for maximum sitting comfort. We’ve padded it with a thick, extra soft foam and contoured it to help reduce the compression on the back of your thighs. The seat adjusts easily forward and back to accommodate people from 5 feet to 6 feet 3 inches. The height adjustments are clearly marked so that you can quickly and easily find the right position for you.
Dual-Sided ComForm™ Foot Pedals:	The unique over sized dual-sided ComForm™ foot pedals provide two workout options for the in-home exerciser: The top side is textured and contoured to conform to the bottom of your cross trainers so that your foot is secure during your workout. The bottom side is smooth and contoured to conform to the sole of your foot so that you can pedal barefoot. The over sized pedals are among the largest available on an in-home exercise bike. The strap adjusts quickly and easily with a one touch ski boot sliding motion
