The FT-150’s unique dual weight stack design allows users to train or rehabilitate each arm at different resistance levels and even allows for two simultaneous users at a time. This is the innovative, most advanced design in the multifunctional product category. Weight stacks are fully encased in an attractive 16 gauge steel enclosure with a powder-coated finish. Heavy-duty magnetic selectorized pins ensure a positive locking action to weight plates.

The Paramount Functional Training System FT-150 offers you a foot operated spring-loaded plunger designed for quick and easy horizontal machine arm adjustment. There are 8 different width positions available within an adjustable range. Cable extension arms offer 130¼ of vertical adjustment and 105¼ of horizontal adjustment. This range allows for numerous exercises. 
 The uniquely designed FT-150 eliminates the confusion caused by dual adjustments (vertical and horizontal) being placed too close to one another. There are 8 horizontal and 12 vertical arm positions. A spring-loaded pull-pin assembly and concealed counter-balance system offsets the weight of adjustment arms.
