<p>My husband and I are more than thrilled with our Sole E95. Originally, we had ordered the model below this one, but when we received it, it did not work properly. At first, we were irritated, but the company IMMEDIATELY took action and did everything they could to make it up to us. They found another one very quickly (in fact it was the E95, a model up!) and gave us free turn-key service. Even before we had a chance to try our Sole e95 elliptical, we were already in love with the company due to their great customer service. When I tried the E95, I was thrilled with how smooth the motion was and how quiet the machine was. It has more levels or resistance than I will need for a long time, and it gives me room to grow. The first couple of days I used it, my toes began to go numb, so I adjusted the foot pedals, and I haven\'t had numb toes since! It is a great change from the previous ellipticals I have used. The console is easy to use. My only complaint is that the calorie counter isn\'t completely accurate. I wear a heart rate/calorie counting monitor, and the numbers between the machine and the monitor are never even close. If you can get beyond that small glitch, then I think you will be amazed at how much you get for the price. I feel like I\'m working out on a gym-quality machine!</p>
