Reberta, and Waters add my name to the list of the people who have been tricked by the little plastic breaking in the rear ending cap.............im so sad i was excited to finally be able to run in my own room when i got my EXP 1000 however while unfolding it i heard a similar crack and yes it was the ending cap but what makes me more sad is my brothers nd sisters who got me the treadmill failed to obtain a warranty..........now its a choice to by a 52 dollar ending cap if anyone knows anything i can do to fix the problem please send me an e mail at Viet_tran21stcentury@yahoo.com i was so sad waking up the next day and not being able to run..............i haven\'t used the treadmill ever since i received it T.T
