I’ve owned a TX for just over a year.
In the summer of ‘09 I rode it, with fully loaded panniers, off-road from London to Bristol (UK), 200 miles. It’s performance was superb. At the end of the sojourn I simply folded it up and took the train back to London.
My only gripe is that a strap is required to keep it closed when not using the bag. This is not a major issue.
These are GREAT bikes.
I also use it everyday for work.
