On most items, if you don’t like it for any reason, return it within 30 days from the day you received the item and we’ll credit your account minus freight. You will be responsible for freight costs back to the factory and the freight cost we incur to ship to you is not refundable. Item may be subject to a re-packaging fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the item will fit inside the desired location before ordering. If you return an item due to size limitations, you are still responsible for freight costs both ways and a re-packaging fee may apply (packaging fee may cost up to 10% of item cost). If a product is damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us and we will send a replacement or arrange servicing. MAY NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN SALES ITEMS OR BUILD TO ORDER ITEMS.

2-ORDER CANCELATIONS: 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund if you cancel before the item ships.
3-REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Will not be refunded back because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items marked as All Sales FInal cannot be returned under any circumstances however you will still be entitled to the manufacturer\\\'s warranty if the item is new and not remanufactured as indicated within the product title.
Please note that product pictures on our site may vary in color and texture. Unless noted on your order, the color of the item ordered is what the manufacturer\\\'s default color of the units at that time is. We try and updated our website as often as we can but there may be a lag time from the time we receive new pictures and actually get them updated on the site. Some manufacturer\\\'s only provide us with pictures of items with all options attached even though the options are only available for an additional price and do not come standard. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All order cancellations must be submitted via email to: Customer Service at email@example.com . If your unit ships the same day that we receive your cancel email, then we cannot cancel and the 20% charges will apply. Some trucking companies take 2-3 day to cancel the shipment from the time we give them the notification, Elite Fitness is not responsible in these circumstances and fees will still apply. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund if you cancel BEFORE the item ships. This fee applies even if you cancel one second after your order is placed. If you cancel AFTER your order is shipped or fail to pick up a will-call item, there will be a 20% cancellation fee and you will be responsible for freight costs both ways. Please see below for specifics on various forms of cancellations.
All items will take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until at least 3 weeks have past from order date. Most items ship via freight company, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items. If it has not been 3 weeks from your order date, please wait to contact us for shipping information. All international orders need to call us for a freight quote. The freight is not included in the price for any orders shipping out of the 48 contiguous US.
All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered at the customer’s driveway. Delivery persons usually will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to take the goods from the curb or driveway and into the home or office. Minor assembly is also required by customer unless the optional shipping upgrade is purchased at the time of order. Upgrades to delivery cannot be made after the item ships. All freight damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the unit, via email. If package is received damaged or missing items, the package must be saved so that an inspection can be made and a claim can be filed. At the time of the delivery by the freight carrier, it is vital that you inspect the shipment & sign the delivery reciept for any visible damages, NO MATTER HOW MINOR THEY MAY LOOK (i.e. holes, dents, scratches, tears, etc.). If you, spouse, neighbor or friend etc. do not sign for any damages you the customer agree to take full responsibility for any damages and any claims to be with the carrier.
Delivery Date Requirements
If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify this at the time of order. If you are ordering on-line, please call us toll free at 626-963-8428 to advise the date and we will let you know if it’s possible.
Storage Fees May Apply
If delivery company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company will result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it is imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.
Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product will incur a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. This does not apply to items damaged in shipping. If you refuse a shipment due to damage and subsequently cancel, you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace the damaged product.
Product Packaging Upon Return
If returning an item, it MUST be sent back in the original packaging with a RA (Return Authorization) number issued by us. We do not accept returns that do not clearly have the RA # written on the box. If the item is returned without all original packaging materials you will be charged the cost of original packaging materials and a repackaging fee.
We will honor the manufacturer’s warranty to the fullest. Please see the warranty card and return policy included with your product.
Credits/Refunds All credit and refunds will be issued within 7-30 days of request. All credit and refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received. If credit card information has changed, from the original for of payment, a credit and or refund will be issued by a check. All check credits and/or refunds will be mailed via United States Postal Service to the shipping address listed at the time of the order. All fees and costs associated with an order will be subtracted before the credit and/or refund is issued.
Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to contact your bank and request \"authentication\" of the card holder. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Treadmillcentral, Homgymcentral and Elite Fitness Equipment and its affiliates will gladly sell its products to you, under the terms and conditions listed above. Terms and conditions listed, may be updated and changed from time to time without notice to you. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, even after the order has been submitted to Home Gym Central. If we need to cancel an order, for any reason, you will be notified via phone or email.
