All prices include delivery, unless a shipping option can be added, which provides additional services. Some items may have a freight charge which will appear when you click order now. Otherwise, all prices include delivery to the 48 contiguous US states (not including Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada). For items going to outside the 48 states, please e-mail us for a quote.
All items will take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please allow an additional 2 week “grace period” for freight shipments. Most items ship via freight company, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until at least 3 weeks have past from order date. If it has not been 3 weeks from your order date, please wait to contact us for shipping information. Any cancellation made due to a delay in shipment that is greater than two weeks of our stated "approximate" delivery time, will also incur a cancellation fee. We will not be liable, offer credits or offer discounts on any order due to a delay in shipment. We ship only within the 48 contiguous US states (Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are not part of the contiguous 48 states) unless we are contacted in advance and the "additional" freight quote is offered and accepted by the customer.
All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered at the customer’s driveway. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to take the goods from the end of truck into the home or office. Truck driver may or may not assist you in lowering the box from the rear of truck. Minor assembly is also required by customer unless the optional shipping upgrade is purchased at the time of order. Upgrades to delivery cannot be made after the item ships.
If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify this at the time of order. If you are ordering on-line, please call us toll free at 866-700-3330 to advise the date and we will let you know if it’s possible. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding delivery, please place your order over the phone with customer service to ensure all requirements can be met. Delivery requirements must be expressed at the time of order. Delivery requirements can not be changed once an order is placed.
Storage Fees May Apply
If delivery company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company will result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it is imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.
Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product will incur a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. If you refuse a shipment due to damage and subsequently cancel, you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace the damaged product. If a product is received damaged, please call customer service at 1-866-700-3330 so that we may assess damage and replace or repair the product.
