Punch mitts are an instructor training tool designed to safely slow arm speed velocities generated by high speed punching activities. The special lightweight, high-density foam padding dissipates the force of each punch providing cushioned protection and safety for both the participant and instructor. This pre-curved red/black mitt has a "grab bar" for your fingers, conforms to the hand and has a slightly larger surface area than the straight foam version. SPRI® Martial Arts Punch mitts are made of treated genuine cowhide leather and may be wiped clean to keep them looking like new.
