The Stamina Strength Performance Series Adjustable Hyperextension Bench strengthens the back and abs, increases flexibility and core strength.

Choose your workout intensity and target your training by adjusting your workout angle from an inverted 45 degrees to parallel. The pull of a pin quickly and easily adjusts the angle.

The SPS Adjustable Hyperextension Bench’s thigh support adjusts to fit your leg length, and the vinyl covered foam rollers hold your ankles securely so your body is aligned in the correct workout position.
