The Stamina Versabell 50 lb. Adjustable Dumbbell is a unique and versatile set of dumbbells. Easily customize your dumbbell routine with weight settings ranging from 10 lbs. to 50 lbs.

When the box arrives, just pull out the plastic stand, lift the dumbbell out and place in stand. Simply pull up the selector pin and slide to the desired weight and let pin down for each side. Lift dumbbell up and begin working out!  The handle is a beefy 1.5" diameter with cross cust handle for extra grip. We suggest workout gloves when using this.  The cross cut can leave blisters.  There is minimal plate noise while being used.

Pros: Small,  compact, easy to use. Well made.
Cons: May need gloves if your  hands are not accustomed to heavy dumbbells.
